There are 7 letters of Jesus Christ; addressed to His 7 churches, in Revelation chapters 2 and 3. They are generally read as Jesus messages addressing Christian churches in specific geographic locations from the time of early Christianity, to the dark ages; and Christ Second Coming. It is remarkable that aside from Philadelphia; 6; of the 7 churches received specific praises and reprimands. Each church is adjudged by Jesus Christ walking in the midst of the 7 candlesticks (Rev 1:2); watching brightness of their lights; their faith, and witnessing to the surrounding world. Their love, tribulations and temptations; are real; as is their apostasy. So Jesus Christ whose blood was shed for salvation of all; for all have sinned, including faithful church believers; is righteously and lovingly expressing His praise; along the reprimands; for all 7 churches alike. Such expression of true agape love; and concern for each church and world around them; should be read as 7 Devine Love letters where all sinners; inside and outside each church; are lovingly encouraged from Devine perspective of eternity. Like us; they are engaged in spiritual warfare. Their enemies are the devil and Satan, evil spirits, powers of darkness, Gnosticism, sophistry, scepticism; paganism and worldly philosophy. Thus, being offered redemption from sin by the blood of Jesus Christ; by grace, through faith in Jesus; we can learn from the victories and failures; from each of these 7 letters of Devine Love. However, there is 1 important pre-requisite. Each reader must have a HEARING ear; to hear and understand each message as addressed to them. May God our heavenly Father, and Jesus Christ our Saviour; pour out Holy Spirit in abundance as you read and receive blessing, peace and joy, from each letter.
