Searching for a new house rental; based on advertisements, we found only two potential residences; and drove to their impressive locations; but ended very disappointed, for neither of them matched their location, photos, and descriptions.
Sad to say; honest advertising is overshadowed by misleading ads to attract more rental seekers; and disappointment and falsehood are accepted, as part of our daily living.
Thus, it is difficult to experience living truth, for it’s something we don’t hear, see, or find in our sinful world. However, as you watch eyewitness reports of living truth and joy it brings, you will be richly blessed as countless millions before you.
These encounters of Disciples with the “Living Word” are from the beginning; which they heard, and looked upon with their eyes, and which their hands touched, “the Word of life. For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and show unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, was manifested unto us”. 1st John 1:1 and 2.
Thus; the living truth in their eyewitness reports, is Jesus Christ they lived with for 3 and half years. By faith, we now have fellowship with them; and “truly share the fellowship; with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ”.
Moreover, written some 1900 years ago; “These things write we unto you, that your joy may be full. This message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all”. 1st John 1:4 and 5.
This is complete truth that brings full joy. The Word of God is light without darkness. Thus, there are no lies or deceptions; for where is light, there are no such things; for these thrive in darkness. Thus from the beginning God separated light from darkness.
So, we are warned if we walk in darkness; and say we have fellowship with God, we lie; for walking in darkness, we do not live the truth. But “if we walk in the light, as God is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanses us from all sin”. 1st John 1:6 and 7.
Always remember that living truth brings full joy, despite our failures; because the living truth is God; who is always faithful to everyone that believes in Jesus Christ his Son.
Thus; if you desire the living truth that brings full joy; read this blog with prayer, as often as you can; and experience the difference the Almighty God will make in your life also.
