Our life on earth starts with birth; where life begets life; and without parental procreative life contributions, there would be no birth. Thus, no birth; no life,

However, despite parental life contributions, many babies are stillborn, thus are lifeless at birth, because they stopped breathing  Thus, no breathing; no life.

Yet continuous breathing; deprived of oxygen supply, leads to cessation of life. Thus no oxygen; no life.

Thus, life and its origins are phenomena, for which only biblical evidences offer credible explanations; and reports revealing details of what, and how, life happened

In the beginning; within 6 literal days, God created the heavens; and the earth; and a  perfect ecosystem for the flourishing of life.

All created things, were interdependent, relational and complimentary; thus were created in short intervals, and a strict order; to ensure sustainability of life.

Accordingly; man, male and female were made according to the likeness of God, on the sixth day. (Genesis chapters I and 2).

The biblical account of the actual origin of human life; is concise, and precise.

“And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his   nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being”. (Genesis 2:7).

As the substance of life derives from God; and His breath is the spark of life; giving us His breath, He became the Father of life.

Moreover, as long as the breath of God remains in our nostrils, we live and have life (Job 27:3).

As the Father of life; God continually sustains our breathing; thus we have our being in Him. (Revelation 4:11).

Also, by providing access to the tree of life, God ensured to eternally maintain our conditional immortality, He gifted us before intrusion of sin and death (Genesis 2:9).

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:23).

Thus, eternal and earthly life, are priceless gifts; which God the Father of Life gave us; and sustains according to His will.
