Now; in Genesis chapter 1 verses11 to 13, Gods purpose for reshaping the earth is partially revealed.
“And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.
And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
And the evening and the morning were the third day”.
Remarkably; the previously discovered dry land (called Earth) that was underneath the waters; now brought forth herbs yielding seed, fruit trees yielding fruit after his kind, and each had seed in itself at the end of day 3.
Why and how answers to these amazing feats, start with God saying “Let the earth bring forth”; Then Genesis 2 reveals the history of heavens and earth with more remarkable details.

Remarkably; the previously discovered dry land (called Earth) that was underneaththe waters; now brought forth herbs yielding seed, fruit trees yielding fruit after his kind, and each had seed in itself at the end of day 3.

Why and how answers to these amazing feats, start with God saying “Let the earth bring forth”; Then Genesis 2 reveals the history of heavens and earth with more remarkable details.

“These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created in the day that the Lord God made the earth and the heavens, And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew” (Genesis 2:4 and 5).

These are the generations; implies more than 1 generation; and origination of the heavens and the earth.

Thus creating of the heavens (a plural noun); and the earth (a singular noun); and every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew refers to their origination in eternity past; when all things were created. (John 1:1 to 3).

Then, the origination of the heaven and the earth, refers to the day (a space of time) that the Lord God made them. (Genesis chapter 1).

The reshaping of heaven {a singular noun with lowercase h); to Heaven with capital H, in Genesis 1:8; and of earth (a singular noun with lower case e), to the Earth; with capital E, in Genesis 1:10; refers to their origination at the beginning of time.

Thus this evidence implies 2 generations and originations of the heavens and the earth. The first refers to eternity past; and the second to the beginning of time.
